M&O Market & Deli — Terms & Conditions

By explicitly opting in and placing orders through our ordering system, you agree to the following:

1. Order Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled by in-store pickup or delivery, depending on availability. Pickup orders must be collected at our store: 124 Thompson Street, New York, NY 10012, within 60 minutes of receiving a "Ready for Pickup" notification.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to pick up an order within 60 minutes counts as a no-show. After 2 no-shows, your account will be suspended.

3. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at pickup or delivery. We accept cash and card. NYC sales tax (8.875%) applies to taxable items.

5. Age-Restricted Products

Alcoholic beverages require valid ID (21+) at pickup or delivery. Tobacco products are not available for online ordering.

6. Allergen Disclaimer

Our deli operates in a shared kitchen. We cannot guarantee items are free from allergens.

7. SMS Communications & Consent

By explicitly opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your orders (verification codes, order ready notifications, delivery status updates) from M&O Market & Deli at the phone number you provide.

Message frequency varies: transactional order messages only (verification codes, order status, delivery updates).

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. For age-restricted products, a person 21+ with valid ID must be present.

9. Right to Refuse

M&O Market & Deli reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order.

10. Privacy

We store your name, phone number, and email for order communication. We do not share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
